Location
A pink painted cottage located at Beeston Regis on the A149 less than 1 mile from Sheringham Railway Station with Cromer only 3 miles further away.

Directions

Via the A148 from Holt or Norwich:
Turn right taking the A1082 signposted Sheringham. This road runs down hill towards the sea into a 30 mph zone.  At the bottom of the hill at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted A149 CROMER. In less than 1 mile,on entering Beeston Regis, the Priory Maze and Garden Centre entrance (with Palm trees), will be seen on the left. Turn right directly opposite this entrance into what looks like a lay-by, then turn immediately left into our driveway which is accessed through a 5 bar gate.

From Cromer
Take the A149 coast road for approximately two and a half miles, passing through East and West Runton eventually coming to Beeston Regis. Maximum speeds on this road are 30 and 40 mph.
On leaving Beeston Regis the road slopes gently downhill, look for the Priory Maze and Gardens entrance on the right and our lovely pink cottage is immediatly opposite on the left hand side of the road (you should easily see our B and B sign!)
Turn left here and then inmmediatly left onto our drive via a 5 bar gate.
